Q&A

What will change on response-times if I chose to go for CONNECT or GUIDE?

NMi continues to strive to minimize response times for ALL our clients. However, resources available to subscribers provide access to tools that drive process efficiency and in turn shortens response time.

  • myPortal as a CONNECT subscriber, and
  • Additionally Project Coordinator as a GUIDE subscriber

What happens if the client portal doesn't provide entrance, who do I contact?

Your Account Manager will continue to be your primary business contact. If you cannot access the web portal for some reason, please inform them and they will escalate internally as needed. However, we continue to iterate and improve the myNMi portal. Expect changes to that process as the service matures. We will ensure you are timely informed of any such changes.

Can I buy fast track as an INITIATE customer?

Fast track on paperwork will remain available for all customers. However, only GUIDE customers will have access to fast-track type approvals.

Is the cost for fast-tracks included in GUIDE?

No, while only GUIDE customers have the option to get fast-tracks for new type approvals, that service will be billed separately.

Can I still contact an approval expert directly even in the case of a project coordinator?

Yes, during the research and interview process, we realized this was a very important for all customers.

Does every single customer get a dedicated portal, or can a parent company use a portal to collect documentation of affiliated companies?

Single customers will have dedicated myNMi portal access. We currently do not provide parent company overview. However, we continue to actively develop the platform and currently have this functionality for review in the development cycle.

Is there a master gatekeeper among the different myNMi users in my company?

No. There are currently no defined account user roles. Each GUIDE account will have 3 user access myNMi portal accounts.

Can user access be limited for some people within my company? If so, please provide further details.

At this moment, we do not provide separate types of user profiles. We are, however, continuously developing the myNMi Portal and may explore development of differentiated profiles in the future.

What is the SLA on email response time for GUIDE?

First response time: 99% within 2 workdays
Response time (query addressed): 90% within 5 workdays
