With the different markets and services, we have to have a diversity of people. From technicians, administrative assistants, technical engineers, marketing communication specialists, laboratory technicians and sales managers. Everyone contributes to NMi’s great and worldwide reputation with their knowledge and hands on mentality.
As a Sales Representative for Liquid & Gas I support in guiding our customers to the market. This includes having meetings with customers, being their point of contact through the process, discussing plans of action with my colleagues and making quotations.
When I first arrive at the office, I start the day with a cup of coffee and opening my e-mail inbox. After a short summary of all priorities which are discussed in a meeting with my sales colleagues for Liquid & Gas, the working day begins. I start with making quotations and helping our customers with their questions.
The hours in the morning fly by, and it is already time for a lunchbreak and a game of table football. After some relaxing, I can start again with providing service to our customers. Our technical expert and I will make the certification process clear to a customer during an online meeting.
My workday is almost over and today was a successful day helping our customers. After my last meeting with the customer, I make a summary of the day. How did it go? I write down some points to pick up on the following day, now it’s time to go home!
